
Kyle began his formal culinary studies at the Scottsdale Culinary Institute in Scottsdale, Arizona. Kyle excelled in the culinary studies and after graduation returned to Park City to complete an internship working at The Cabin Restaurant at The Canyons.
Kyle completed his internship and accepted a position at the Westgate Grill where he worked as a Sous Chef under Executive Chef Warren Willey. Whether cooking for restaurant patrons or friends and family, Chef Smith knows that the path he started on 15 years ago will continue to provide him with many rewarding experiences.
