This Agreement governs your use of this Internet site located at www.westgatedestinations.com (hereinafter, the "Site") and is by and between Westgate Resorts, Ltd, (referred to herein as "Hotel Provider”, "we", "us", or "our") and you, on behalf of yourself and the buyer, member or supplier for which you have registered ("you").
Prices quoted are starting rates only, per room, per night, in U.S. dollars, and are subject to availability at time of reservation. Prices may change without notice. Certain blackout dates, seasonal upgrade charges, day of arrival and length of stay restrictions may apply, and may vary by arrival date. Rates do not include taxes and gratuities unless otherwise noted. Offers are not applicable to groups, nor combinable with other special offers or promotions.
A standard one-night deposit with a credit card is required to guarantee a reservation. The standard deposit is calculated based upon one night’s room rate plus room tax. Packages and other special offers may require a deposit of the full cost/price related thereto. In addition, packages and special offers may contain additional restrictions relating to cancellations. During the period of April 16 to December 15, a $50.00 credit card or $200 cash deposit is required at check-in for incidentals. During the period of December 16 to April 15, a $200.00 credit card or $200 cash deposit is required at check-in for incidentals.
Park City Ski Season (11/18/2011 - 4/22/2012) - Cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival by 4pm hotel time will result in a penalty equal to the cost of one night's room rate plus applicable taxes.
Standard Policy (4/23/2012 - 11/17/2012) - Cancellations within 72 hours prior to arrival by 4pm hotel time will result in a penalty equal to the cost of one night's room rate plus applicable taxes.
Advance Purchase Reservations - Cancellations will result in the forfeit of the entire deposit amount.
Deposits are refundable if you cancel within your cancellation window. Please check the cancellation policy on your reservation for additional information as some reservations are non-refundable and/or have certain restrictions that apply. Ski Season Cancellation policy (30-days prior to arrival by 4pm hotel time, or one night’s room rate and taxes will apply) needs to be implemented for the following seasonal dates below: November 18, 2011 - April 19, 2012.
Taxes are estimated based on a (tax %) % per room per night tax. Changes in taxes applied after booking may affect the total rate for your stay.
A $15.95 Nightly Resort fee, plus applicable tax, is applied to each hotel reservation and includes services and amenities that are sure to enhance your experience at the resort. The Nightly Resort Fee includes the following resort services: WiFi Internet Access, Ski Storage, Skier Valet Service Local Calls, Fitness Center, In-Room Safes, Sports Courts Access, Shuttle Transportation around Park City and Boarding Pass Printing.
In the event a guest checks out prior to the reserved check out date, the hotel will charge an early check-out fee of one night’s room rate and resort fee plus applicable taxes.
If No Show occurs, you will be charged for one night’s room rate plus applicable taxes.
In the extraordinary event of non-availability, due to overbooking or any other unforeseen circumstance, of a specified hotel, a substitute hotel of the same or higher quality may be used.
Reservations are not transferable, and reservation name changes are not permitted.
Please allow 3 to 4 weeks, or 1 to 2 statement billing cycles, for the processing of refunds.
Some of Hotel Provider's destinations are pet friendly. To find out if a specific resort allows pets, please ask your reservationist or call 1-888-808-7410. Hotel Provider's guests who take advantage of the pet policy will be subject to an additional non-refundable and/or refundable security deposit in an amount at the discretion of each resort. Registered service animals are not subject to Hotel Provider's pet policy and are not subject to any security deposit for their animal. Guests are responsible for the behavior of their pet and for all personal injuries and/or property damage related to their pets. Guest agrees to indemnify and hold Hotel Provider, its employees and its respective affiliates, harmless from all liability and/or damage suffered as a result of their pets.
For your security and safety, reservations fully pre-paid within 48 hours of check-in date may be required to show the credit card used to secure the reservation at the front desk upon check-in.
Room Reservations are not accepted by Hotel Provider until confirmed by confirmation number.
Hotel Provider reserves the right to cancel or modify a room reservation (including after the room reservation has been confirmed) if the room reservation includes or resulted from a mistake or error of any kind, including but not limited to, a mistake or error in the rate, resort or room type or where it appears that a guest has engaged in fraudulent or misleading activity in making the room reservation.
All rates are in US dollars.
Full and final payment is due upon arrival.
